Dear reader,

To briefly introduce myself, my name is Iman Sijerčić and I am a business student at the School of Economics and Business in Sarajevo – the city in which I was born and raised. Throughout my measly 20 years of living I have had various opportunities for growth and development and I only wish to continue in the same manner. 

Throughout my education, I have participated in various debates and had the privilege to organise a few of them, as well as become a team leader in others. Additionally, I have a background in competitive skiing and I have developed to the point where I can now call myself a ski instructor which became my seasonal job for the past few years! And for quite a contrasting hobby – I dabble in scuba diving during summer, so I am occupied all year round!

All of these experiences have made me develop my teamworking, communication and leadership skills amongst many other, which I believe are essential for the field of work I see myself in. However, I am not entirely sure of what I wish to do and currently I am keeping my options open for both outdoorsy and corporate jobs.
