Analytic tools by Google in order to bring customers!

This website has integrated Google Analytics and Google Search Console in order to provide analytics and insights. But it does not make it exceptional for that, learning the importance of using it is!

Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses the data collected and generates reports on website performance, customer data, how they discovered the site, where they got off and more (Wilson, 2025). That data can be used to optimise the usability of the site, with minimal costs what-so-ever.

It provides multiple readily-available reports, or if you require it to be specific, you can tailor the report to business needs of your business (Wilson, 2025). In fact you can keep all you sites under one name, which creates an easy-to-use UI for versatile business owners.  This is an example of my Google Analytics dashboard:

As you can see you can direct which parameters you want to represent on the dashboard.  I have 5 active users on my website, out of which they triggered 35 events. Their engagement rate comes to about 17% , lasting about 3s on average. Currently I have minimal data to make any quality decisions.

It is important to know these details, especially web traffic. Utilising this knowledge will let you be in control of the resources you manipulate. Bring the customers to you!

Google Search Console

Google Search Console on the other hand monitors for which reasons our customers find us (Tiwari, 2024). Essentially it tells us how well we perform in the google search engine. One of the implementations mentioned in my previous blog, was the XML sitemap, which lets Google to crawl updated content on my website, and understand in in order to help with searches (Tiwari, 2024). Overall it gives feedback on the sites usability, URL problems, crawl errors and more (Tiwari, 2024).

But what does it mean to business owners? This analytics software will bring up back-end issues to help you understand why user behave, unlike Google Analytics which tells us how they behave. These tips they leave us that drive traffic increase organic traffic which could save you a lot of money (Tiwari, 2024). A free tool that tells you exactly how to optimise your website content and SEO strategy? – Count everyone in! All the issues it brings up can allow you to create more customer touchpoints, by optimising keyword usage in your content (Tiwari, 2024).

Much like Google Analytics it possesses a simple dashboard as seen in the following:

My webpage is not yet published therefor there is no organic traffic it can analyse and what actually drives it. However I have developed SEO implementations throughout all my posts and overall websites so its launch should hopefully go smoother. Nevertheless, improvements are always welcome!

What’s next?

It is important to keep in mind these possibilities provided by Google for free. Just because you have a good product does not mean it’s going to be promoted well. Consider just how many websites exits globally? Considering this a free consultation from Google! You have to make your way to the top pages otherwise, you website becomes an underutilised resource.
