How well has my website preformed?

Analytics insights
When I first opened Google Analytics, Search Console, and LinkedIn Insights for my new website and profile, the dashboards told a familiar story: zeroes everywhere.
I will showcase my current site metrics, and we can cover some hypothetical scenarios on what data could reveal.
Google Analytics paints a desolate picture of the website, where I am the only visitor.

My LinkedIn profile has the highest traffic out of everything, so in the short term, it is going to be my vehicle for growth. This would require a greatly increased presence on the website, and I would need to create a call to action in the form of making exclusive content on my website to entice people to visit.

Let’s think of 2 hypothetical scenarios that could happen in the future, so we can demonstrate how data can be useful for making strategy.
Scenario 1:
If I a more active on LinkedIn, by writing articles and commenting on posts, I can create a funnel for my website, for those who would like to see exclusive articles or, more detailed versions of the ones that they read on LinkedIn.
Hypothetically: LinkedIn is the primary traffic source (70%), because of the articles posted, which means I should focus on cultivating that audience more, and increase the frequency at which I enter my website.
Scenario 2:
Let’s say people I occupy the niche of a humorous business journalist, and my insights reveal that people do search for me but don’t click on my website (50 impressions, 0 clicks).
Hypothetically: I am successful in my niche but my website isn’t well-optimised. I need to include more keywords in my website while altering my website’s metadata to try and capture that audience.
Insights & Lessons:
Traffic to my website is inevitably going to be zero, so I shouldn’t feel discouraged. I will use this as a baseline to measure my website’s future performance.
LinkedIn is a surprising success, I will need to leverage this platform, by creating content, to divert attention to my website. Making it more appealing by hosting exclusive or ore detailed articles.
I have 72 followers and 23 profile views, but 0 post impressions. One explanation is that my content isn’t visible on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn traffic can be created by being more present on the platform. I need to make more posts, comment on people’s posts, write articles, and use hashtags to reach a wider audience. I will aim for at least three posts a week, three comments a week, and one article a week.
Since I have zero traction on my website, I must focus on optimizing the website. By changing the metadata, and the keywords, and providing better quality and a higher quantity of content on my website, I can substantially improve my websites visitor count.
